Dani Dimon and Bonnie Providence are multimedia artists pushing the boundaries of collaborative art through photography to explore synchronicity, neurodivergency, and how relationships exist in the times between seeing each other.

Susurration - a soft, low noise like someone whispering - is a unique collection of photos that explore how Dani Dimon and Bonnie Providence have leaned on their artistic practices as means to engage with the world around them. What started as an experiment when Bonnie asked Dani if they would like to play a game of telephone, exchanging rolls of film and photographing over each others' work, quickly evolved into an exciting collaboration when the first negatives were processed.
The parallels of their minds and the asynchronous communication are captured by the rolls of film, serendipitously splitting each frame down the middle with overlapping images. Like whispering across a canyon and having someone receive your message perfectly on the other side, this project has become a call and response between the artists as they navigate the complexities of life.
